Digital Products
All products sold on LearningTheLaw.org are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download has been accessed or delivered.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds on digital products except in the following circumstances:
- The file is corrupt or cannot be opened.
- The wrong file was delivered to you.
- The product was charged more than once due to a technical error.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at kolawole@learningthelaw.org with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds if you simply changed your mind, purchased the wrong product by mistake, or have already successfully downloaded the file.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and suspend access to your account and any purchased downloads.
